Antioxidants – Blog No. 4

Antioxidants

These aspects of Nature are ideal for detoxification.  They are what to use when you find that your system is clotted with toxins.  Use antioxidants liberally, for that is what they have been created.  There are various ways to detoxify your body, your mind.  I would suggest the most direct route to doing so is the best option – i.e. as the crow flies.  That means skip the displacement, take the gap – the circuitous route to cleanliness is for the faint-hearted.

Take Cape Aloe lump.  Coffee.  Smoking in moderation.  Red wine.  Tumeric.  Laughter.  Loving.  Living.  Giveology.  Compassion.  Empathy.  Tears.  Unconditional Love.  Ask Kobi cattle why their meat is so delicious and they will tell you about how to live well with an understanding of what – exactly – antioxidants in this contemporary world can do.  Perhaps ask, too, what else to take.  The answer to that question will depend on what has initially been given.

The body is unbelievably appreciative when receiving antioxidants to help it with the process of eliminating shit.  If you know your body well – and it knows you as well – then eradicating crap is fairly easy.  You eat what you know you must eat and you drink accordingly what you must, too, in order that your body reaches its most optimum capacity.  That is a knowing of your circumstance and an appreciation for your body’s capacity for understanding.

Birthright – Blog No. 59

birthright

As a citizen of planet Earth you have a birthright. Human rights, too. You should value both. They afford you a status loftier than a rock, for example. Your birthright is involved with your karma. If you do not believe in karma, that is perhaps foolish. Karma is an energy. A living force. It resonates at the same frequency that you do, hence your karma is always able to locate you.

Birthright – as a title – should include the following words in its explanation: safety, love, truth, understanding, choice. These are needs. I am not sure enough people on this planet have access to all of the above when they are born. Today’s birthright seems confused between wants and needs. A birthright is about needs. Only.

A person’s birthright makes itself manifest in a fairly forthright manner. It is the measure of your life thus far. What you have been doing since the day you were born is what determines your reward in the form of your birthright. If you are familiar with yourself, you will know who you are the minute you open your eyes. If you aren’t, you won’t.

Longevity – Blog No. 52

longevity

What can be considered a fair life-expectancy? Or should we not have expectations when it comes to our deaths? There are those for whom life without expectations is as pointless as death is without its permanence. There are those for whom it isn’t.

Keep yourself the way you need to be kept and you will live for a long time. Deny yourself your necessary and you will die what is commonly called ‘before your time’. Living, laughing and loving are excellent for longevity. Practice them. They are free. If you cannot find anything to laugh about, anything to love, or any reason to live, you need to think again. It’s that simple.

There are a lot of people who are hoping to live forever. They must have a reason for that. There are a lot of medicines that keep dead people walking and perhaps that is called progress in some countries. It would appear that the many children walking the planet today would appreciate a planet to walk on. Their longevity is dependent on the planet we give them to appreciate.

Depression – Blog No. 43

depression

I suspect that three-quarters of this planet is currently suffering from one kind of a depression or another. Historically, depression has been either ignored or stigmatised. Its prevalence was grossly underestimated and its shattering effects widely misunderstood. Fortunately, that was then. This is now. It is clearer than ever in this day and age that depression is real – it decimates individuals and families. It is an indiscriminate killer.

Depression is excruciating to experience and soul-destroying to witness firsthand. It does not lend itself to explanation – the reasons for entering into a depression are too numerous to document even if there was all the time in the world. Each depressive has a reason for their pain that is literally inexplicable to the outside world. You need to feel it for yourself to know it. And when you do know it, you will then understand its power.

There are few depressives that would choose to be in the position they find themselves. If you cannot empathise with a depressed person, then at least show compassion for their circumstance. It is quite likely that there are truths and wars raging within them that you know nothing about. It is quite likely that there are moments in each of their days – possibly their everyday – when they think that death would be preferable to life. That does not mean every depressive is a suicide risk, but it does mean that there are plenty of deathwishers contributing to the collective mindset. Remember – thinking makes it so.

Living – Blog No. 14

seize_the_day___carpe_diem_by_extremelygreen-d5wqvkfIf you cannot be bothered to spend time living your life to its fullest – your fullest – then perhaps you should surrender yourself to the powers that be and call your existence quits.  Perhaps you should relinquish control of yourself and your sources and accept that you are missing the point of life.  There is no excuse for not living, it is an essential state of being.  You will know how it is to be truly alive and kicking.  You will know because you can feel it when you are in your element.  Your senses tell you all about it.  Should you find yourself wishing to be present and counted in your everyday, then take the time to make that happen.  You need to be assertive when it comes to managing your time, your days.  You are who says what happens when, and how.  That is your power.  Do not waste it.

Living for another is not a wise idea.  You cannot realistically bring yourself to an optimum place when your existence is defined by the toings and froings of another person.  That attitude is defeatist.  You need to live first for yourself – you get one life in the embodiment in which you currently find yourself and that actuality should not be overlooked.  You should not overlook yourself at all.  Living for yourself is not selfish.  It is necessary.  When you find your truth and you subscribe to it wholeheartedly you will discover your purpose, and once you discover your purpose you will understand that your life is not given to you for you to farm it out.  Farm in-house, not out-house.  Do not try to be for another – that never works.

Living – in the cliché – is loving.  And it is.  Should you know how to properly live, you will know how to properly love.  That is a given fundamental.  If you are not sure how to live properly then perhaps train yourself in that discipline.  It is a definite discipline and you will get better at it the more you practice.  Do not fear repercussions for living to your fullest.  There will be none.  The universe will support every attempt you make to be something in yourself.  Embrace that reality and get busy living – as Buddha said:  ‘… the problem is, you think you have time…’

Caring – Blog No. 12

caringCaring is a particularly beautiful human trait.  It is a way of being, a mode of conduct.  Those who care in this world will find that their days are made great by virtue of their efforts.  The days of others are made special because of their efforts, too, and that is important.  It is your job as a human being to make a difference to the lives of other sentient beings – you cannot escape that reality.

Failing to care brings with it grave consequence.  That of meaninglessness.  When you do not care, nothing has meaning, and when nothing in your life has meaning your existence is pointless.  Yes – the meaning of life is a vital component in each of our everydays and it makes sense to care about what your life means – to yourself, and to others.  You are alive – you are meant to live and you are meant to give that living, meaning.

Care builds powerhouses out of communities.  When people care, they pull together.  Unity is the cornerstone of progress and since progress – global progress, i.e. a world made better for everyone – is where Earth is headed, care and unity really should be at the top of everyone’s agenda.  Those who refuse to care for the well-being of this planet and its inhabitants, its Natural legacy, will find their heads empty and their hearts heavy with dread when the time comes for them to leave this Earth.  You do not want to be leaving this Earth with an empty head and a feeling of dread.  My suggestion – please give a shit.  It might just save what’s left of your lives.
